For more than 13 years, design and home staging have been a huge part of my life.
I’ve had the opportunity to transform beautiful homes, work with incredible people, lead projects and be part of an award-winning team.
Design is something I know.
But I don’t want this little corner of the internet to only be about what I already know.
I want it to be about what I’m still discovering.
And that’s how Life Quest with Vee started.
What Exactly Is a “Life Quest”?
For me, it’s pretty simple.
It’s deciding to participate in your own life.
Trying the thing you’ve been thinking about.
Going somewhere you’ve never been.
Learning something you’re terrible at.
Finding new places.
Appreciating ordinary days.
And occasionally doing something simply because you think it might be fun.
I’ve realized that life doesn’t have to be one enormous adventure to be exciting.
Sometimes the adventure is taking a golf lesson.
Sometimes it’s exploring somewhere new.
Sometimes it’s changing a room in your house.
And sometimes it’s finding three really great things in an otherwise completely ordinary day.
What You’ll Find Here
Home and design will always be a big part of this space.
After working in the industry for more than 13 years, I’ve learned a LOT, and I want to share that knowledge in a way that’s actually useful.
I’ll be sharing staging advice, decorating tips, mistakes to avoid and simple ways to make your home feel better.
But you’ll also find golf.
Adventures.
Travel.
Things I’m trying.
Things I’m learning.
And pieces of everyday life.
Because none of us are just one thing.
I’m Still Figuring It Out
That’s actually part of the point.
I don’t want Life Quest with Vee to be a highlight reel of someone pretending to have everything figured out.
I’d rather show the process.
The good golf shots and the truly terrible ones.
The beautiful destinations and the ordinary Tuesday evenings.
The things that work, and occasionally the things that absolutely don’t.
Hopefully you’ll learn something while you’re here.
And maybe you’ll feel inspired to start a little life quest of your own.
Welcome.
I’m really happy you’re here.
